BONUS Pensionskassen Aktiengesellschaft has acquired all shares in the fair-finance Vorsorgekasse from the Sinnova Group. With the entry in the commercial register on September 24, 2025, the merger is now complete. fair-finance is thus fully integrated into the BONUS Vorsorgekasse and will operate exclusively under the name BONUS in the future.
All existing agreements and contracts with the fair-finance pension fund remain valid, and the trusted service team will be there for you as usual.
