The newly appointed Executive Board staff will begin its work on October 1, 2025. In addition to Georges Marchand as Treasurer and Davide Picardi as his deputy and future Treasurer, the two new department heads Claudia Vogel-Zeugin, Head of Contributions, and Jessica Meier, Head of Executive Assistance and HR, will also be part of this committee.
The GL Staff is the decision-making body of AK71 and represents the fund internally and externally. It acts as a team, supporting each other and acting as a sparring partner. The committee assumes primary responsibility for internal and external projects and, in addition to assessing, monitoring, and analyzing them, is also responsible for triaging projects. “I’m very much looking forward to working with them and congratulate the nominees on their election to the GL Staff,” says Fund Manager Georges Marchand, adding: “I’m convinced that this will enable us to make efficient and broadly supported decisions and thus act even better in the interests of AK71 and the entire team.”
