The Executive Committee of the City of Lucerne Pension Fund (PKSL) has appointed Luzia Bärtschi as the new Head of Real Estate and a member of the Executive Board following an externally supported recruitment process. She will take up the position on April 1, 2026. The entire PKSL team warmly welcomes Luzia Bärtschi and looks forward to working with her.
She will succeed Matias Müller, who, after many years of successful service, will step down from leading the Real Estate division and will instead take on project management at PKSL in the coming years.
The 45-year-old real estate specialist has pursued advanced training in property management and real estate development over several years. As a certified Real Estate Trustee (dipl. Immobilientreuhänderin), she completed various real estate courses in St. Gallen and successfully concluded her studies with a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Real Estate Management with a specialization in Portfolio Management. She possesses many years of professional and leadership experience at various real estate service providers and pension funds in Central Switzerland.
