The current managing director, Françoise Bruderer Thom, is retiring. The foundation board has appointed Petra Arnold Schlüssel as her successor.
Françoise Bruderer Thom, lic. oec. et lic. iur., has headed the Post Pension Fund since 2007 and is now retiring.
“Françoise Bruderer Thom has always led the Post Office Pension Fund with remarkable personal commitment. Her work was characterized by a strong sense of responsibility towards her employees and the members of our pension fund. We are deeply grateful for her dedication,” says Martin Camenisch, President of the Board of Trustees of the Post Office Pension Fund.
Petra Arnold Schlüssel will take over as Managing Director on August 1, 2026. The Board of Trustees of the Post Office Pension Fund has appointed her as her successor.
Petra Arnold Schlüssel (47) has been working as a management consultant specializing in occupational pension schemes since 2019, most recently at Weibel Hess & Partner AG. Previously, she held various positions in institutional asset management and the insurance industry. She is President and a long-standing member of the Board of Trustees of the Vita Collective Foundation and a member of the foundation’s investment committee. Petra Arnold Schlüssel holds a degree in Business Administration from a University of Applied Sciences, is a Charterholder of the CFA Institute, and a certified occupational pension consultant from the IAF (Interest Group for Training in the Financial Sector).
