Schroders is pleased to announce the appointment of Dominik Brunner as Country Head of Client Group, Switzerland.
Dominik joined Schroders in 2018 and has since held senior leadership roles within Schroders’ Asset Management business. Prior to Schroders, he worked for UBS, where he held several leadership positions, including Head of Investment Fund Distribution. Dominik is a highly respected leader with a proven track record in our industry. His appointment reflects Schroders’ continued investment in local leadership and our ongoing commitment to serving clients in the Swiss market.
Andreas Markwalder, the previous Country Head of Client Group Switzerland and Head of Client Group, EMEA, has decided to retire at the end of 2025. Since joining Schroders in 2017, Andreas has been instrumental in developing the firm’s business in Switzerland and supporting clients both locally and across EMEA, where our brand is well established in 28 countries. EMEA is finishing the year in a strong position, delivering positive AUM growth across both our public and private market capabilities, reflecting an outstanding team performance across the region. A search is underway to recruit a successor to lead EMEA.
