Golding Capital Partners is strengthening its international sales activities with the appointment of Dominic Nys as Head of International Sales. Since January 2026, he has been responsible for leading the international sales team and centrally coordinating all sales activities across markets outside Germany and Austria. By consolidating international sales responsibilities, Golding is laying the foundation for further international growth and the targeted expansion of institutional client relationships.
«Golding stands for tailored investment solutions and a partnership-driven approach to serving institutional investors,» says Hubertus Theile-Ochel, Managing Director at Golding. «With Dominic, we are purposefully strengthening our international setup. The clear consolidation of sales responsibilities enables us to support investors outside the German-speaking region in a more structured way and to consistently drive our international growth.»
Dominic Nys brings more than 25 years of experience in capital markets. A native of Belgium, he has held senior client-facing and sales leadership roles at banks and asset managers across continental Europe and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Golding, he held international sales and business development positions at ODDO BHF Asset Management, as well as at Ethenea and Mainfirst. He began his career in London at investment banks.
«In a challenging market environment, institutional investors are looking for specialised solutions and reliable partnerships,» says Dominic Nys, Head of International Sales at Golding. «Golding offers a highly compelling platform in this respect. I am very much looking forward to working with the team to further develop Golding’s international markets and to build long-term client relationships.»
