8 March 2022

A general meeting of PFA Pension was held today, and there was a re-election to the Board of Directors.

Chairman of the Board Peder Hasslev, who has now been chairman for a year, has been re-elected at today’s general meeting of PFA Pension. The same is true of the two deputy chairmen Per Tønnesen and Jacob Holbraad. Board members Kim Graugaard, Bodil Nordestgaard Ismiris, Heino Kegel, Niels-Ulrik Mousten, Laurits Rønn and Mogens Steffensen were also re-elected.

Helle Valentin announced on 17 February that she did not want to run again at the recent general meeting. At the subsequent constituent meeting, the Board of Directors has initiated a process to find a suitable candidate with a view to nominating candidates for election to the Board of Directors at an extraordinary general meeting.

“I am pleased with the continuity of PFA’s board. With 647 billion. DKK in total customer funds, a growth in total payments of 7.6 per cent. and a net 412 new corporate and organizational customers in 2021, PFA is firmly on the market, ”says Chairman of the Board Peder Hasslev and continues:

“ PFA is therefore in a strong position to ensure our customers financial security and relevant healthcare solutions. We have created a solid foundation, which PFA’s management and the rest of the organization in 2022 will continue to work on and build on until our newly appointed CEO, Ole Krogh Petersen, takes office in December. ”
