CBRE has appointed Nick Hume as an Executive Director in its UK Valuation & Advisory Services business, further bolstering the firm’s market‑leading loan security valuation capabilities.
Hume has 25 years’ experience in loan security and debt valuation, and joins CBRE from Savills, where he played a central role in advising major UK and international lenders. His extensive expertise spans commercial and mixed‑use assets, underwriting, and providing strategic valuation advice across a wide range of financing requirements.
In his new role, Hume will spearhead the continued expansion of CBRE’s lender-focused valuation offering, working closely with clients across the UK as the firm deepens its coverage and enhances its advisory platform.
