Jenny is a highly experienced and respected individual HR and Pensions Professional, including spending the last 13 years as Group Reward Director for a number of companies in the IT, Telecoms and retail sectors. Jenny has worked alongside Board Directors and Remuneration Committees of FTSE100 and FTSE250 companies to set their reward strategies, including benefits, pensions and wellbeing offerings.
Jenny has acted as employer-nominated trustee on two large DB and DC trust pension funds and as a member of various pensions governance committees. She also spent part of her career as a self-employed pensions consultant to several trustee boards advising on the implications of new legislation.
Jenny is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) and also holds the PMI’s Award in Pensions Trusteeship for both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes.
