LifeSight appoints Kirsty Robinson as UK Head of Client Implementations

30 September 2022

LifeSight, WTW’s DC master trust, has appointed Kirsty Robinson to lead client implementations in the UK. Joining from Fidelity, Robinson will report into Head of LifeSight UK, Jelena Croad, and will be responsible for leading the onboarding of new master trust clients.

Before joining LifeSight, Robinson led a team within Fidelity International’s Client Project Management division and has also held business development and consultancy roles at the Money & Pensions Service, Capita and NEST.

Jelena Croad, Head of LifeSight UK, said: “LifeSight is expanding quickly and the UK master trust market is buoyant so we are delighted to be able to add Kirsty and her deep experience to our team. As we continue to grow it is important the client service we offer expands too so that our members continue to benefit from the market leading value and scale that LifeSight is able to offer.”

In addition to Robinson’s appointment, which commenced on 26 September 2022, LifeSight has made a number of other recent UK hires including:

  • Vanessa Burke, transferring internally from WTW’s Retirement business to become Product Director
  • Trevor Meager, joining as a Lead Associate in the Project Management team
  • Deborah Onawole, joining as Client Management Associate, previously at Hymans Robertson.

LifeSight now looks after the pensions for 275,000 members with over £13.5bn in assets under management.

Last year, as part of its ongoing commitment to sustainable investing, LifeSight committed to net zero greenhouse gas emissions across all its default funds by 2050 at the latest, with at least a 50% reduction by 2030. Its commitment to net zero covers all its defaults, which represent the vast majority of its total assets under management.
