Vidett has today announced the acquisition of corporate governance firm Bridgehouse Company Secretaries in a move that demonstrates its clear intention for the Vidett group of businesses to be a leader in the governance market.
Founded in 2005 by Ibi Eso, who will continue to lead the business, Bridgehouse specialises in outsourced corporate governance, risk and regulatory compliance services. The acquisition will enable both firms to offer more, valuable services and improve efficiency through effective use of shared technology, tools and systems to help clients develop effective boards and deliver future value.
