Exelerating adds deeper Real Estate data to Dutch pension fund database

In close cooperation with our users we are expanding our database about the Dutch pension fund market with deeper information about Real Estate portfolio’s. With this addition we are taking a new step in our development and cover more information about this important asset class in the Dutch institutional market. This information is now available in the factsheets of Dutch pension funds.
What is included?
- Listed or Non-listed: Breakdown of the Real Estate portfolio into listed or non-listed investments.
- Direct or Indirect: Breakdown of the Real Estate portfolio into direct or indirect investments.
- Sector: Breakdown of the Real Estate portfolio by sector, such as retail, offices or residential.
- Region: Breakdown of the Real Estate portfolio by region, such as Europe, North America or Emerging Markets.
