Initially rolled out with complimentary access to all existing clients through August 12, the AI Chat has seen substantial uptake and active usage across the asset management and pension fund sectors. In recognition of this success, Exelerating will extend the free access period by an additional two months, now running through October 12, 2025.
Revised Usage Policy Due to LLM Costs
To manage the significant infrastructure costs associated with large language models (LLMs), the company will implement a revised usage policy during the extended trial period. Effective immediately, free usage will be limited to 5 AI chat messages per week, down from the previous limit of 10. This change ensures the service remains sustainable while continuing to provide meaningful value to clients during the extended trial.

Clients who wish to unlock the full potential of the AI Chat product can opt for a paid license at any time, which offers unlimited access and continued support from Exelerating’s data intelligence team.
