Stichting Pensioenfonds voor de Woningcorporaties Selects Van Lanschot Kempen as Fiduciary Manager

Stichting Pensioenfonds voor de Woningcorporaties (SPW) has appointed Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management (Van Lanschot Kempen) as its new fiduciary manager. Over the past year, the pension scheme, supported by Montae & Partners, conducted an extensive selection process for a fiduciary manager.

SPW manages the pensions of all employees covered by the Woondiensten collective labour agreement. The pension fund oversees the pensions of approximately 80,000 participants and has assets under management totalling over €15 billion. Onboarding by Van Lanschot Kempen began in January 2026, and fiduciary advisory services are being gradually implemented. As of 1 January 2027, Van Lanschot Kempen will take on full fiduciary management of all SPW’s assets.
