Triodos Energy Transition Europe Fund reopens for new investor inflow

‘Triodos Impact Strategies II NV – Triodos Energy Transition Europe Fund’ (Triodos Energy Transition Europe Fund) is reopening for new investor inflow. The fund will resume its regular subscription and redemption frequency. This means that subscription orders that are placed before 27 July 2022, 16.00 hrs., will be executed at the fund’s first trading moment on Thursday 28 July 2022.
Triodos Energy Transition Europe Fund had to temporarily close for new investor inflow in April 2021. The fund experienced very strong growth for several years in a row, leading to an imbalance between the pace of inflow and the pace of investments, with a disproportionally increased liquidity position as a result. Since temporarily closing for inflow, the fund has made several new investments, resulting in a strongly improved liquidity position, and built a strong pipeline for new investments. Both developments justify a reopening of the fund for new investor inflow at this point in time.
