General election of the board of trustees of the Vita Invest collective foundation

The general election of the board of trustees of the Vita Invest collective foundation was held from February to April 2024. The board of trustees, which was composed of equal representation, had to fill two seats each.

The regular registration period for candidacies ended on March 4, 2024.

Two candidacies were received on the employee side and therefore the silent election applies. On the employer side, the election took place because more candidates registered than there were available seats.

We are pleased to announce the election results and the new board of trustees for the term of office from 2024 to April 2028 as follows:

• Markus Wenger (employee representative, previously)
• Bernhard Aerni (employer representative, previously)
• Manuele De Gennaro (employee representative, new)
• Stephan Wenk (employer representative, new)
