Aviva Investors announces that it has appointed Huayin Liu as a Senior Portfolio Manager within its Buy-and-Maintain Credit team

Reporting to Iain Forrester, Head of Global Buy-and-Maintain Credit, Huayin joins Aviva Investors from UNA Seguros, a Portugal based insurance group, where he was Chief Investment Officer. Before joining UNA Seguros, Huayin was a Portfolio Manager at Reinsurance Group of America (RGA), where he was responsible for managing RGA’s assets in the EMEA region.

He has also held positions in both Asset Liability Management and Investment Manager Research departments at Redington, advising UK pension schemes and insurance companies on asset allocation, manager selection and hedging strategies. Huayin is a qualified actuary and a CFA charterholder.
