“Today, the Supervisory Board of NN Group N.V. notified the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) about the intended appointment of David Knibbe as member of the Executive Board and CEO of NN Group. The Supervisory Board subsequently decided to appoint David Knibbe as from 1 October 2019, for a term of four years.
The appointment is approved by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) and supported by the Central Works Council of NN Group. Announcements in relation to the succession process for the position of CEO Netherlands will follow in due course.”
