“NN Group announces today that Robin Spencer will step down as Chief Executive Officer of International Insurance and member of the Management Board of NN Group, effective 1 June 2018. As of 1 July, Robin will join Prudential Corporation Asia (PCA), a business unit of Prudential plc, as Chief Operating Officer. The selection process for a new CEO for the international insurance business has started.”
