Robeco verplaatst deel van operationele activiteiten naar JP Morgan

Robeco is voornemens een deel van haar operationele en administratieve activiteiten onder te brengen bij JP Morgan. Dit heeft de vermogensbeheerder gisteren op haar website bekend gemaakt. Het gaat onder andere om de activiteiten op het gebied van fondsenadministratie, bedrijfsvoering, transferagentschap en de uitleen van effecten.
Voor het uitbestedingsproces zijn echter nog wel enige goedkeuringen nodig. Robeco verwacht het traject daarom binnen twee jaar af te ronden.
