Triodos Investment Management has appointed Femke Bos as Director Impact Private Debt & Equity as per 1 June 2024. In this position, Femke Bos is responsible for managing Triodos Investment Management’s private market investment portfolios in the Netherlands, Europe and Emerging Markets, across the impact themes of Energy and Climate, Food & Agriculture and Financial Inclusion.
Femke has a longstanding and extensive track record in the field of impact investing. She previously worked at Triodos Investment Management from 2009 until 2019 in the position of Fund Manager of Triodos Fair Share Fund and Triodos Microfinance Fund, and as Regional Manager Asia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. In 2019 she took on a role as Fund Manager at FMO before transitioning to Invest International in 2021 to fulfil the position of Director Business Development, Strategy and Impact.

Femke holds a Master in Law from the University of Amsterdam. She is a member of the selection committee of the International Climate Finance Accelerator program, an accelerator for first time climate fund managers.
