We are pleased to announce that Jasper de Fluiter Balledux will be transitioning internally from his current position in Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management’s Private Real Estate team to the Listed Real Estate team. This move comes as we fill the vacancy left by Robert Stenger’s departure.
After a thorough search process, considering both internal and external candidates, Jasper emerged as our favoured choice. Throughout his tenure in our Private Real Estate Investment team, Jasper has consistently demonstrated strong analytical skills in valuation modelling, a deep understanding of our investment process, and a dedicated work ethic. These qualities are crucial in the Listed Real Estate space, and we have full confidence that Jasper is well placed to deliver strong value for our clients in his new role.
Jasper graduated with honors from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, specialising in Financial Economics. He started his career at Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management in 2020, first as an intern, then swiftly moving to the Private Real Estate Investment team covering non-listed European Diversified and European Residential funds. In his new role, Jasper will be covering listed European Residential, with plans to expand his coverage to the European Diversified cluster in due course.
Jasper’s transfer is effective as of September 1st, 2024. With Jasper joining the team, the Listed Real Estate team is now fully resourced once again. The search to replace Jasper’s open position in the Private Real Estate team has already started.
