Arkitekternes Pensionskasse remains at the very top in terms of return

12 November 2021

At the beginning of the penultimate month of the year, Arkitekternes Pensionskasse has a return of up to almost 21 per cent. remains at the forefront of the field when it comes to market rate returns.

Members of Arkitekternes Pensionskasse with the new pension scheme at market interest rates can rejoice that 2021 has been a very generous year when it comes to the return on pension savings. A young saver with high risk has thus so far picked up almost 21 per cent. in returns this year.

A 50-year-old saver with moderate risk has achieved just over 18.6 per cent. in return year-to-date, and for all savers with moderate risk up to that age, it is in fact at Arkitekternes Pensionskasse that the highest return has been obtained with a moderate risk profile compared with the result in the other pension companies and – boxes.

The year’s highest return in the pension fund was taken from unlisted shares, which at the end of October were as high as 46 per cent. Real estate investments also contributed positively to the overall return.

“Almost the entire year’s return comes from real estate and from listed and unlisted shares. The return on listed equities was further positive in October. To a certain extent, we saw a counter-movement compared to the previous months, when emerging markets and value equities picked up in a period of underperformance, ”explains Investment Director Henrik Olejasz Larsen.
