AP Pension sells 84 homes in Aarhus

AP Pension’s subsidiary, AP Ejendomme, has just sold the residential property Vindrosen with 84 rental homes in Risskov near Aarhus to the Swiss investment and pension company Swiss Life for DKK 295.5 million. Colliers has assisted AP Ejendomme with the transaction, while Kristensen Properties has assisted the real buyer, namely a fund under Swiss Life Asset Managers, Germany, with the transaction.
