Inga Schwarz becomes Head of Research at BNP Paribas Real Estate

On January 1, 2022, Inga Schwarz (47) was appointed Head of Research at BNP Paribas Real Estate Germany. She takes over the position from Wolfgang Schneider, who in future will concentrate primarily on his tasks in the management of BNP Paribas Real Estate Consult GmbH. Inga Schwarz will push the research activities together with the Hamburg-based research team and drive forward the analysis and preparation of strategic topics in order to optimally support customers in their decisions and to further expand market transparency.
Inga Schwarz (FRICS) returned to BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2020 as Co-Head of Research, where she began her professional career in the real estate industry over 20 years ago. Before moving to BNP Paribas Real Estate, she was Head of Research at Cushman & Wakefield in Germany from 2005 to 2015, working closely with the international team. She then accompanied the market entry of Avison Young in Germany for almost five years as Head of Research. In addition, Inga Schwarz has been involved in central associations and networks in the real estate industry and in the university sector for many years.
