XPS Administration appoint new Head of Business Development

XPS Administration has appointed Darryl James as Head of Business Development for private sector clients.

Darryl has over 20 years’ industry experience and has been with XPS Administration since 2007, holding various leadership roles in operations and client relationship management. He has been integral in the development of XPS Administration’s business, and has played a key role in competitive tenders as a consequence of his operational role.

More recently, he has been actively involved in the pension industry’s fight against scams. He has presented to industry events on the topic numerous times and contributed to the developments of the Pension Scams Industry Group’s Combatting Pension Scams – A Code of Best Practice.
