Barnett Waddingham: Governance expert joins pension management services team

Experienced Trustee Secretary and governance expert, Russell Davies, has joined Barnett Waddingham’s thriving Pension Executive & Management Services (PEMS) team. As a Principal he will lead client delivery teams, develop the governance client portfolio and join the board setting the strategy of the PEMS team.

Russ joins BW from Isio and has 23 years’ experience in pensions, starting his career in administration before moving into consultancy and client management roles. He has carried out the role of Secretary to the Trustees for several years in a consulting environment and previously in an in-house role with the logistics business Wincanton.

In addition to his client work Russ will lead the internal people side of the business and also expand BW’s existing presence in the south west from our Bristol office.
