TPT appoints Ian Maybury as co-opted expert for its Funding Committee

TPT Retirement Solutions, one of the leading workplace pension schemes, serving over 2,600 organisations, recently appointed Ian Maybury to its Funding Committee.

Ian joined TPT in January as a co-opted expert for TPT’s Funding Committee.

Ian is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries whose career comprised working for Royal London Insurance, CitiGroup, Redington, and finally Schroders. Ian is equally experienced across both DB and DC schemes. Ian has previously served on pension scheme committees for British Airways, the Universities Superannuation Scheme, Unilever’s UK Pension Scheme, and Royal Mail’s Collective DC Pension Plan. He has also served as an independent member of the Trustee Board for the John Lewis Partnership Pension Scheme since 2018.

In his role at TPT, Ian will provide independent, expert support and opinion on matters relating to the funding and investment strategy for each of TPT’s defined benefit schemes.
