Philipp Mayer joins the Valida Board

Philipp Mayer (41) will be strengthening the executive team of the Valida Vorsorge Management group of companies from April. As a board member of Valida Holding AG, Valida Pension AG (pension fund) and Valida Plus AG (provident fund), he will be responsible for the areas of “Risk Management & Regulatory Affairs” and “Law & Compliance”. The qualified financial mathematician and former assistant professor at the Graz University of Technology has around thirteen years of professional experience in the financial sector, including around nine years in various management positions in the RBI Group. Together with CEO Martin Sardelic as well as Stefan Eberhartinger and Hartwig Sorger, he forms the management team of one of the leading pension funds in Austria.
