The government has appointed Johan Gyllenhoff as chairman of the board and appointed new member Roine Vestman to AP4’s board.
Johan Gyllenhoff has been acting chairman since October 2023 and was vice chairman before that. He is currently head of Group Finance & Treasury at Vattenfall.
Roine Vestman, newly appointed member of AP4’s board, is a professor of economics at Stockholm University, director of the Center for Monetary Policy and Financial Stability (CeMoF), and also a member of the National Debt Office’s scientific council.
