Elisabeth Radocha (40) will be joining the board of the Valida Vorsorge Management Group from October. As a member of the board of Valida Holding AG, Valida Pension AG (pension fund) and Valida Plus AG (provisional fund), she will be responsible for the areas of “pension fund management”, “provisional fund management”, “IT management” and “organization”. The business information technology graduate has 15 years of professional experience in the management of IT solutions, including six years as a manager in the RBI Group. Together with the chairman Martin Sardelic and Philipp Mayer, she will form the new three-person board team.
CEO Martin Sardelic is already looking forward to the collaboration: “With Elisabeth Radocha, we are gaining reinforcement from a proven IT expert who, with her specific technical know-how, will further strengthen and expand our focus in the areas of digitalization and customer centricity.”
Board members Stefan Eberhartinger and Hartwig Sorger will both retire this year.
