Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has recruited John Percy to lead its Public Sector expertise in London and the South East.
John joins from Montagu Evans where he was a partner in the Development Advisory service line and has built his expertise in formulating property strategies and in implementing public/private partnerships for the delivery of development.
He is an expert in property strategy, partnerships and property development and has worked on many of the country’s highest profile development and regeneration projects. He has worked with property funds, housebuilders, developers, investors, local government, and public sector organisations.
Outside work, he holds non-executive positions in the public sector and is chair of the Revo Repurposing and Regeneration Committee.
John will report to Martin Guest, CBRE’s Head of Public Sector Markets, and work alongside the company’s national network of public sector specialists.
