AIP Management announces the promotion of four new Partners

Copenhagen, 29 January 2025 — AIP Management (“AIP”), a leader in decarbonisation and energy transition investments, is proud to announce the promotion of four team members to Partner: Mads Lerche Holstein, Martin Vering Dalsager, Mikkel Barth-Højgaard, and Daniel Noe Harboe. These appointments reflect AIP’s ongoing commitment to developing its business and delivering value for its investors.

Mads Lerche Holstein has played a key role in leading high-impact projects and fostering a strong organisational culture. His collaborative approach and strategic insights have been instrumental in shaping AIP’s continued success.

Martin Vering Dalsager has been a cornerstone of the firm’s growth over the last decade. His innovative thinking and ability to build lasting relationships have significantly contributed to AIP’s progress.

Mikkel Barth-Højgaard has overseen AIP’s Finance, Tax, Valuation, Risk, and IT functions as CFO ensuring the firm’s financial health and providing strategic leadership with a focus on detail and integrity.

Daniel Noe Harboe has built and heads AIP’s Tax function, as an internal centre of excellence. His expertise and leadership have been pivotal in supporting AIP’s expansion into increasingly specialised investment strategies.
