Aviva Investors appoints Head of DC Solutions

“Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc (‘Aviva’), today announces the appointment of Andy Seed to the newly created role of Head of DC Solutions within its Solutions function.

Based in London and reporting to Al Denholm, Chief Investment Officer, Solutions, Andy will coordinate the development of Aviva Investors’ offering in the defined contribution retirement savings market. He will also work to ensure close collaboration between Aviva Investors and Aviva’s Workplace Pensions team and broader UK Savings & Retirement unit, part of the Investment, Savings and Retirement division.

Andy has over 20 years’ experience in the UK pensions market and spent the last 12 months advising Aviva on a consultancy basis. Prior to this, he spent three years as Head of Distribution for Scottish Widows’ £22.5 billion workplace savings unit within Lloyds Banking Group. Andy has also held director roles within the defined contribution functions at both JP Morgan Asset Management and KPMG, as well as senior manager and principal positions at Deloitte and Mercer.”
