During the meeting held on August 29, 2024, the newly established Board of Directors of the Pension Institute of the Canton of Ticino appointed the Presidential Office for the two-year term from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026.
Claudio Moro, the outgoing Vice-Chairman and a member of the Board since 2016, was appointed as the new Chairman (representing the employers, according to the rotation principle established by the IPCT Statute). Enrico Quaresmini, a newly elected member of the Board, was appointed as the new Vice-Chairman (representing the active insured members).
The Board of Directors and Management express their sincere gratitude to the outgoing Chairman, Adriano Merlini, and his deputy, Claudio Moro, for their commitment to the IPCT over the past two years. They extend their best wishes for a fruitful term to the new Presidential Office.
