Leonteq appoints Hans Widler as CFO

Leonteq AG (SIX: LEON) today announced that Hans Widler has been appointed CFO and member of the Executive Board. He succeeds Antoine Boublil, who will leave the company to pursue other opportunities.

Hans Widler (born 1974) is a Swiss citizen and joined Leonteq in 2013 as Head Accounting; He has been the group’s Head of Financial Management since 2015. Subject to official approval, he will become a member of the management board. He previously worked in senior finance roles at Clariden Leu, Coutts & Co and in auditing and consulting at KPMG in Switzerland and Singapore. Hans Widler is a federally qualified auditor and holds a TRIUM Executive MBA from NYU Stern New York, HEC Paris and LSE London.

Hans Widler succeeds Antoine Boublil, who joined Leonteq in January 2024 and has decided to leave the company to pursue other opportunities.
