Previs: Change in management in the coming year

After more than 20 years of successful work, the managing director, Stefan Muri, will be leaving our pension foundation with a view to his retirement at the end of June 2025. He will be succeeded by Martin Friedli. Mr. Friedli, 52 years old and resident of Urdorf ZH, has a solid education, many years of management, leadership and committee experience in various companies and an extensive track record in the investment sector with interfaces to occupational pensions. He will take up the position of managing director of Previs in June of next year.

After around ten years of service, Nathalie Sesiani, Head of Pensions and member of the Executive Board, has also decided to leave Previs in summer 2025. She will be succeeded by her deputy, Franziska Gäggeler, 46, from Faulensee BE. As a long-standing mandate manager, Franziska Gäggeler is a proven and experienced specialist who knows the customers and the pension issues and processes at Previs very well. She will take up the position ad interim at the beginning of August 2025. Her final nomination will be determined in due course by the new management and the Board of Trustees.

With the departure of Stefan Muri and Nathalie Sesiani from Previs, two long-standing, committed and responsible leaders are breaking new ground. Together with the management, they led the foundation with foresight and contributed to Previs being well established as a pension fund operating throughout Switzerland. The Board of Trustees would like to thank Stefan Muri and Nathalie Sesiani for their outstanding services to Previs’ customers and is pleased to be able to continue to count on their expertise and experience until next summer.

With Martin Friedli and Franziska Gäggeler, the Board of Trustees optimally complements the management and specialist skills in the executive board. There are no changes in the other members of the executive board – Stefan Ernst, Head of Customers & Communications/Deputy Managing Director, Marius Flückiger, Head of ICT & Finance, and Daniel Zwygart, Head of Investments. The Board of Trustees wishes the newly formed management and employees all the best and much success.
