PKGR publishes on its website:
The municipality of Surses and its employees have jointly decided to change pension funds. In addition to the teachers, all municipal employees will be insured with the PKGR from 2025.
By merging occupational pensions at PKGR, the valley municipality of Surses, which was merged in 2016, is underlining its responsibility for the equal treatment of its employees. Thanks to the better pension solution, the municipality is also increasing its attractiveness as an employer. Well-developed pension fund benefits with options are an important argument in attracting new employees and retaining existing ones.
With the switch to PKGR, all employees of the municipality of Surses will benefit from the higher savings contributions from 2025. In addition, a sporty participation model ensures an attractive interest rate on savings. The regulatory conversion rates and other basic principles of the PKGR are set correctly from an actuarial point of view, so that no redistributions arise that are contrary to the system. The PKGR is stable, financially strong and secure and is well positioned for the future.
In the community center in Tinizong, community president Daniel Wasescha and director Andrea Seifert signed the new affiliation agreement. Both are looking forward to expanding the partnership and the successful collaboration for the benefit of community employees.
The PKGR warmly welcomes the new insured persons and pensioners from Surses!
