Vita Collective Foundation: Changes in the Board of Trustees

Dr. Marcel Oertig left the Board of Trustees of the Vita Collective Foundation on December 31, 2024. His successor is Patricia Fent. Petra Arnold Schlüssel will take over the role of President of the Board of Trustees, and Stefan Wyss will become Vice President.

Patricia Fent is a freelance work and organizational psychologist with a focus on leadership and personal development. “As a member of the board of trustees, I am committed to fair pension provision that enables innovation and inclusivity for all generations,” says the expert in leadership and organizational development.

Dr. Marcel Oertig was not only the employer representative, but also the President of the Board of Trustees. This role will now be taken over by Petra Arnold Schlüssel, a long-standing member of the Board of Trustees and former Vice President. Stefan Wyss will take over the office of Vice President.

The current members of the foundation board and Dr. Werner Wüthrich, Managing Director of the Vita collective foundation, warmly welcome Patricia Fent and wish her a successful term in office. We would like to thank Dr. Marcel Oertig for his many years of service to the foundation board.

The Board of Trustees, the highest body of the Vita collective foundation, assumes overall responsibility for the management of the foundation. Together, the members of the Board of Trustees define the strategic goals and principles of the pension institution.
