WTW Switzerland and Groupe Mutuel announce collaboration in the field of occupational pensions

The collaboration agreement reflects the shared commitment of WTW Switzerland and Groupe Mutuel to offer innovative, complementary and tailored occupational pension solutions.

WTW Switzerland and Groupe Mutuel are pleased to announce a collaboration agreement, which marks another major step in the development of the two companies’ operations in Switzerland. This agreement reflects the shared commitment to offer innovative, complementary and tailored occupational pension solutions.

As a result, WTW is taking over the pension advisory activities of Groupe Mutuel. The two accredited occupational pension experts at Groupe Mutuel, Sébastien Brocard and Julien Melly, will therefore soon join the team at WTW. In return, Groupe Mutuel will benefit from WTW’s expertise in support of the development of its occupational pension offering, as well as in strengthening its technical administration and pension fund management activities.

Having been present in Switzerland for more than 35 years, WTW has a leading position in the field of actuarial advisory for pension foundations, as well as strong actuarial, legal and investment advisory expertise. WTW specializes in advising pension funds and has a dozen accredited occupational pension experts in three offices in Switzerland. The collaboration with Groupe Mutuel will generate synergies that directly benefit clients and pension foundations through high-quality, fully complementary services.

In addition to technical administration and pension fund management, Groupe Mutuel offers a full range of pension solutions, particularly within the Fondation Collective Groupe Mutuel and Opsion Vested Benefits Foundation. These foundations now offer all types of companies and associations an open platform for managing the occupational pension plans of their employees and members, as well as management of pension assets geared towards medium to long-term investments.

WTW and Groupe Mutuel, both with a strong presence in the French-speaking market and at a national level in Switzerland, are convinced that this collaboration will benefit their clients and their respective services. The transition of the advisory activities to WTW will be smooth, ensuring continuity of services for clients and the pension foundations involved.
