Colin Finlayson and Alex Pelteshki, co-managers of the Aegon Strategic Global Bond Fund, have won the global flexible bond category of the Citywire Deutschland Best Fund Manager Awards 2021.
The awards recognise individual fund managers who achieve the best risk-adjusted performance in their respective sectors over a three-year period.
The Aegon Strategic Global Bond Fund is an unconstrained, flexible bond portfolio that seeks to maximize risk-adjusted total returns through the market cycle. The fund delivers returns from a combination of targeted market beta (both interest rate and credit) and a diverse range of attractive alpha ideas.
