Year two of the coronavirus pandemic was not easy for institutional investors. It is all the more gratifying that Ärzteversorgung Westfalen-Lippe (ÄVWL) received three awards from renowned specialist juries for its real estate strategy in 2021:
At the 15th portfolio institutionall Awards on September 1, 2021 in Berlin, an international jury of experts honored the ÄVWL as “Best Real Estate Investor”. Just two weeks later, on September 16, 2021, Managing Director Christian Mosel, Managing Director Capital Investment, Markus Altenhoff, and Head of Capital Investment Real Estate, Portfolio Management/Commercial Management, Karin Groß, met at Investment and Pensions Europe (IPE) Real Estate Global Awards 2021 in Copenhagen are pleased about the “Silver Regional” award for the region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Winning the third award, the “Themed Award for Real Estate” at the IPE Conference & Awards on December 2, 2021, now marked the end of a successful year.
