16th portfolio institutional Awards in Berlin
Great joy at Ärzteversorgung Westfalen-Lippe: After 2021, ÄVWL was once again able to secure one of the coveted trophies at the 16th portfolio institutionell Awards on June 30, 2022 in Berlin: As in the previous year, it won the category “Best Real Estate Investor” . In addition to the portfolio structure and management, the jury’s decision focused on diversification strategies.
However, the fact that the pension fund was able to win the award for the second time in a row was anything but a sure-fire success: “To survive this high-class competition and to be selected for the award by the experts on the jury this year is something special and confirms that we have been doing something right with our real estate strategy – from transactions to project development – over the years,” says Managing Director Christian Mosel
He was able to accept the award one last time together with the head of real estate investment, portfolio management/commercial management, Karin Groß, who left the medical supply on June 30, 2022.
