The Supervisory Board has decided to reorganize the Management Board. Effective January 1, 2023, Ms. Petra Albrecht will resign from the Board of Directors of Deutsche Steuerberater-Versicherung.
Ms. Albrecht will continue to contribute her know-how to Deutsche Steuerberater-Versicherung with a special focus on the areas of member service, information technology and internal auditing after her departure from the board. She represents the pension fund together with a member of the Management Board.
The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board would like to thank Ms. Albrecht for her many years of work as a member of the Executive Board and look forward to further cooperation.
As of January 1, 2023, the board of directors of Deutsche Steuerberater-Versicherung will be composed as follows: Dr. Christoph Zimmermann Mr. Arnd Münker
Dr. carpenter is i. W. responsible for risk management, finance, actuarial and business organization.
Mr. Münker is i. W. responsible for the areas of investment, member services, information technology and internal audit.
