From August, Matthias Kath-Burdack will join the management of Quantum Immobilien KVG and will be responsible for operations and legal matters. The 53-year-old comes from Swiss Life KVG.
Quantum Immobilien Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH announces a change in personnel. As of August 1, Matthias Kath-Burdack will be appointed to the management board, succeeding Malte Priester. The KVG management team will therefore remain at four members.
“We are delighted to have gained an expert in the real estate and fund industry such as Matthias Kath-Burdack. With his experience in controlling and fund administration, he will be an excellent addition to our existing management team,” says Philipp Schmitz-Morkramer, founder and board member of Quantum.
“I have already been able to get to know my future team – and I was immediately impressed. Now I am looking forward to providing new impetus and gaining momentum together,” says Matthias Kath-Burdack.
Malte Priester will be leaving Quantum Immobilien KVG at his own request by November 30, 2024 at the latest in order to take on new professional challenges. “We thank Malte Priester for his successful work at Quantum and wish him all the best for the future,” adds Philipp Schmitz-Morkramer.
