Willis Towers Watson Appoints Dr. Thomas Jasper as head of the Retirement division

Willis Towers Watson’s Retirement Germany and Austria division will be managed by Dr. Thomas Jasper headed. He takes over this task from Dr. Heinke Conrads, who is leaving the company at the end of the year.
The Retirement business area at Willis Towers Watson has been characterized by stability and growth for years. In Germany in particular, there have been steadily positive developments over the past few years. “Tight labor markets, the phase of low interest rates and new regulatory developments are increasing the need for many companies to make their company pension schemes competitive and future-proof. As our growing customer portfolio shows, many companies, from DAX corporations to medium-sized companies, rely on Willis Towers Watson as a consultant and service provider, ”emphasizes Schwinger.
Dr. Thomas Jasper
Dr. Thomas Jasper is responsible for retirement (company pension advice) in Europe at Willis Towers Watson. As a Client Relationship Manager, he is the first point of contact for various multinational companies. He has more than twenty-five years of consulting experience in the areas of company pension schemes, capital market-oriented remuneration models as well as financing strategy and capital market access. Jasper studied at the Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen and did his doctorate there at the chair for business taxation and auditing, Prof. FW Wagner.
