PostNord Försäkringsförening (PFF) has entered into an agreement on the transfer of insurance holdings to SPP Pension & Försäkring (SPP)
As of April 30, 2020, PFF’s insurance portfolio has been transferred to SPP. PFF has now gone into liquidation. The Board and CEO have been replaced by liquidator Peter Kullgren, Schjodt Advokatbyrå.
