AMF largest owner in BillerudKorsnäs

In November, AMF increased its holding in the packaging company BillerudKorsnäs. Following the purchase of around 3.5 million shares in late autumn, AMF is today BillerudKorsnäs’ largest owner with the equivalent of around 12.2 percent of the votes and capital in the company.

– AMF is already a long-term and active owner of BillerudKorsnäs, one of the Swedish basic industry’s most important companies. We believe that BillerudKorsnäs has good conditions to grow and develop further, not least through its role in the global transition. Therefore, we are pleased that during the autumn we have been able to increase our holding in BillerudKorsnäs, and grow into the company’s largest owner, says Anders Oscarsson, share manager and owner responsible for AMF.
