The Third AP Fund (AP3) has recruited Fredric Nyström for the position of Head of Sustainability. Fredric is currently Head of Responsible Investment at Öhman Fonder, where he has worked since 2014. Fredric previously worked for nine years at GES (now Sustainalytics) and also has a background from Handelsbanken in Sweden and Luxembourg. Fredric Nyström will take up the position at AP3 on 2 May.
The position as Head of Sustainability is newly established and includes overall responsibility for leading the fund’s sustainability work, which means developing and implementing AP3’s processes, strategies and goals and continuing to drive the development of the fund’s sustainability work in collaboration with the fund’s asset management. A newly formed sustainability group is formed in connection with Fredric taking up the position.
