Camilla Larsson – new CEO of KPA Pension

26 March 2021

Camilla Larsson, KPA AB’s and KPA Pensionsförsäkrings AB’s new CEO is in place. Camilla Larsson most recently came from a position as unit manager for Customer and Business at AMF, where she has worked in various positions since 2004.

– It feels fantastic fun to be commissioned to lead such a fine pre-selection company as KPA Pension. Collectively agreed insurance and pre-selection is something I think is important. When unions and employers agree and create something good together, it leads to customers receiving good pensions, says Camilla Larsson.

What experiences and lessons do you bring with you from previous roles to KPA Pension?

– I have helped to implement important transfers, improvements and simplifications for savers, but also worked extensively in various responsibilities with everything from insurance technology, products and pricing to asset management issues and the customer offering.

What is the most important thing for KPA Pension as a pension company and pre-selection company?

– That we as a pre-selection company are strong for the many customers who do not want to get involved in their savings and feel that pensions are difficult. With strong integrity and strong values, we stand on the customer’s side and ensure that they receive a good and sustainable pension with low fees and a competitive return. It is a must that the parties, who give us the pre-selection, are satisfied and that we constantly listen in on what is important to them. If we do a really good job, many people will benefit from it.

What should you focus on in the near future?

– First and foremost, I will learn the company and understand the mission we have together. And of course, get to know as many people as possible, both employees, the board and customers.
